Our team of coaches is certified by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). We are also certified in multiple assessments including the Hogan Assessment, the Leadership Versatility Index (LVI) the 360 Assessment and the Energy Leadership Index Assessment (ELI).

Conductive delivers over 2,000 coaching sessions per year. By continually conducting specialized internal training and developing case studies, we have been able to build and leverage deep institutional knowledge. This gives our coaches the ability to quickly and accurately assess a wide variety of situations or development needs, and then apply the most effective tools and techniques.

She is an experienced career strategist and a passionate innovative leader and mentor who empowers her clients to maximize their impact and influence. Tanya spent more than 15 years in the Financial Services industry, beginning as a bonds options trader at Salomon Brothers and ultimately as a Managing Director at Bank of America. She earned her MBA at Cornell University and her BA at McGill University.

Mark Schall

Executive Coach - PCC, CPC

Mark specializes in the area of interpersonal communication, conflict resolution and Energy Leadership. He is a recognized expert coach, facilitator, educator and Lead Instructor for the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), teaching iPEC’s coach certification training program and mentoring coaches throughout the US, Canada and Europe. coaches to date.
